Optix is currently looking for Network engineer/Senior network engineer for Lahore office.
A candidate must be posses strong network topologies and terminologies. We are offering market competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
1- Strong knowledge of network topologies and terminologies.
2- Create and maintain documentation detailing the implemented network.
3- Hands on configuration and troubleshooting of network devices such as, ONU/ Switches/Routers/Ap’s etc.
4- Understanding and hands on experience of Switching (STP /MSTP/ REP / SEP) and Routing Protocols (OSPG/EIGRP/RIP/BGP).
5- Hands on Experience and knowledge of VLAN/ VTP/ SMTP/ NAT/ PAT/ DHCP/ DNS/ VPN.
6- Understanding and hands on experience of L2/L3 circuits configuration and trouble shooting.
7- Network monitoring Tools deployment and understanding.
